From supplier invoices to the general ledger
Built for a fuel distributor that supplies a network of stores. The same approach fits any business that buys, delivers and bills across several sites.
- Imports supplier invoices and settlement files, and turns them into customer invoices
- Nets each site's sales and charges into one weekly payment
- Checks delivery charges against the agreed rates, and matches the bank

The story behind SÍNOP
Hi! I'm not a software engineer. I'm someone who loves building things, and who can't stand doing the same complicated task by hand twice.
SÍNOP started as a passion project: a money app for my own budget, then small tools for the work I do every day. Each one turned a messy job into an easy one, and I enjoyed every bit of making them.
I build with AI as my partner. I bring the problem, the design and the judgment; the AI helps write the code; and I test everything on real work before I call it done. I'm still learning, and I'm happy doing it.
The meaning behind the name
SÍNOP comes from the Filipino word sinop: careful keeping, saving, and looking after something with care. It's about being thoughtful with what we have, putting things in order, and making room for growth.
The accent above the "i" is a small sprout, a symbol of growth from a humble beginning. Like a leaf that can grow into a strong tree, SÍNOP represents the potential of small, intentional steps to become something lasting.

How we build, honestly
SÍNOP Systems is a small, independent studio. We build with AI-assisted development: we design each system around your work, an AI partner (Claude) helps write the code, and every change is checked and tested before you see it.
- Our sweet spot: tools that run in your browser and keep your data in your own files, with no server to look after.
- Need a server, logins or a shared database? We set it up on well-known platforms, in your name and on your account, and say up front what that involves.
- We're not a hosting or IT support company. Uptime guarantees, security audits and compliance advice come from a specialist; we'll tell you when you need one.
